CATO CHANG

Cato is a freshman at Dartmouth College and hails from New York City. In high school, Cato was in Model Congress, speech and debate. He interned for Humanity Forward as a policy researcher on Universal Basic Income programs. Cato represented the State of New York at the 2021 Boys Nation Senate in Washington, D.C. He teaches water safety to high school students, is an avid photographer and is studying philosophy, politics and government at Darmouth.
