NORA LATORRE

Nora LaTorre is the CEO of Eat REAL, which is a Bay Area non-profit transforming health in the United States. Eat REAL’s scalable solution empowers students, parents and school district leaders to make food delicious, nourishing, and sustainable through their evidence-based certification program. The moon-shot model tackles the deteriorating state of health for our youth while improving education through food system innovation.

Nora’s background is in tech for good, sustainability, social movements and business with purpose. She draws upon her time as VP at Fair Trade USA, where she sparked consumer demand to create market shifts, to ignite a new real food culture. 

When she’s not future-proofing food, she’s exploring California in her van cabin. You can find her climbing up, skiing down or hiking around the Sierras with her husband and new daughter.
