Intern

I am an environmental professional, climate policy advocate, and sustainability strategist committed to advancing climate resilience in Small Island Developing States (SIDS), particularly in the Caribbean. My goal is to help shape evidence-based policies that promote sustainable development and environmental resilience.

I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science/Studies (Honours) from Trent University. My honours research examined renewable energy policy in Ontario, Canada, focusing on Power Purchase Agreements and Ontario Regulation 429/04. This work earned recognition from the Government of Canada as a stakeholder during the regulation's review process.

I have expanded my experience through this internship with OneGreenThing and an externship with Energy Innovation Capital (EIC), conducting research on climate technology, clean energy innovation, sustainability, and emerging investment opportunities.

As an Environmental Professional in Training (EPt) and member of the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP), I continue to build expertise in climate policy and sustainability.

My long-term ambition is to become an international climate policy advisor, helping governments and organizations develop solutions to climate and sustainability challenges. I welcome opportunities to collaborate on climate policy, sustainability strategy, environmental governance, and sustainable development.
