Robin is a change agent, social entrepreneur, pay equity, and organizational development consultant. She founded the nonprofit Sow Much Good in Charlotte, NC because she saw a clear and present need for healthy food in underserved and at-risk communities. Her idea has grown to become a thriving "Food for Change" movement, helping over thirty thousand individuals and raising millions to fund food justice programs and agricultural operations.
