KARIN JOHNSON

Karin’s purpose is to activate integrity as a core business value while empowering employees as integrity champions.  She is a leader in the Global Ethics and Compliance program for VF Corporation, the purpose-led parent company of iconic brands such as Vans, The North Face, and Timberland.  At VF, Karin works daily to build culture and develop processes that foster ethical business practices.  Karin has a deeply held belief that integrity and sustainability are inextricably intertwined and strong cultures of integrity naturally lead to increased action on sustainability.  Karin has a profound love of nature and enjoys getting outdoors with her husband and three kids whenever possible.
